Shipping Policy

Registered parcels may encounter delivery delay during this COVID season as the global pandemic has severely impacted transportation and delivery services worldwide. Flight cargo space is extremely scarce now with priority given to healthcare and humanitarian cargo.

We highly encourage you to upgrade to DHL express for assured fast delivery time.

 

Shipping

 

 

Here at Watchkeeper, we ship to most major countries and destinations in the world. We carefully and securely packed your watches to ensure that you receive them in pristine conditions. 

We offer the following shipping method:

1. Free registered mail shipping

Packages are shipped out by registered mail with tracking numbers and are distributed by your country’s local post office system once they reach your country. Package tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by this method takes about 10-15 working days for customers to receive. If your shipping location is slightly inaccessible or out of the usual delivery areas, it may take up to 21 working days for you to receive the parcel.

2. Express Shipping

We also do have express shipping methods if you are looking to receive your parcel immediately. We ship by DHL Express or other specialised express courier services (Asia countries) , depending on which is a better shipping provider for your region.Your order will reach you in 2-7 day once shipped. You will receive a tracking number usually within 24 hours of placing your order. 

 Your item may be received sooner or later than the expected date, depending on postal services and global shipment conditions.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer or be affected by certain unforeseen conditions such as:

  1. Bad weather

  2. Flight delays

  3. Political disruption

  4. Other unforeseen circumstances

 

WATCHKEEPER shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of WATCHKEEPER.

 

In the case where the item is lost, a buyer can request for a replacement or refund after the postal services investigates and confirms that it is lost. Investigation takes about 60 days from the start of informing us that your parcel has been delayed (have not received for more than 3 weeks for registered mail and 12 week for Express shipment). We will only replace or refund after the Postal service confirms that the parcel is misplaced and not delayed based on unfortunate circumstances.

 

Custom & Import Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to check online for your country customs and import rates or contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Out of Delivery Area

If the buyer's destination is at a remote area (out-of-delivery are), where it is a difficult area to reach (e.g. islands, ski areas, military operation area etc), we will require the customer to top up an additional amount for the delivery fees.
